Weekly Themes: Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of integration:

  • Week 1: Clearing Energetic Clutter
    Release any energies that aren’t your own and establish energetic boundaries.
  • Week 2: Calling Yourself Back
    Focus on calling back and reclaiming any parts of yourself that may have felt disconnected.
  • Week 3: Deep Grounding
    Experience the grounding power of being fully present in your body and energy field.
  • Week 4: Embodying Inner Peace
    With a clear, grounded field, we’ll work on embodying a lasting sense of peace and alignment.
