If this audiobook is coming from your physical book then you already created a cover…the problem is you will need different dimensions for your audiobook cover. It goes to places that are more designed for CD or album covers so your audiobook cover needs to be square. You can usually ask your physical book cover designer to create one for you or you can go on Fiver and search for an audiobook cover designer.
